Products to be used.
Start and completion times.
Insurance coverage in the case of either property damage or personal injury.
Adhere to license, building code, and permit requirements.
Price, terms and conditions for payment.
Change order procedures.
Exclusions.
Unwritten representations.

Product Warranty

Product warranty will generally cover finished appearance, color and performance. These warranties will not cover:

Improper methods of installation.
Deck movement or failure.
Inadequate ventilation is a major cause of warranty disputes.

Damage to shingles caused by:
